~Trip to Lake Erie~

On August 10, we-Jay,Hao and I- planned fishing at Lake Erie. We woke up in the early morning, around 5am. We started to pack the fishing tackle, such as fishing rob, hook, etc. We set off around 6am.We stopped by at Meijer to check out some baits. And Jay bought another fishing rob. After driving to the middle Lake, we started our fishing. Jay and Hao was fixing fishing tackle.
Waiting!! After waiting for an hour.... we got nothing!! We decided to change another place.

Hurray!! I got a fish!! I was so lucky. After changing the place, i got a big fish! I felt so excited. That is my first time!!:> Never... I got 8 fishes that day!! Feeling good!!
We were so lucky, we got a lot of fishes!!

We left around 2pm. As we felt tired and the weather was getting warmer. We had a good crop for this trip .I love this house!! Comfort and relax!!

We had a wonderful trip to Lake Erie. I got sunburn, even though the weather was nice. Worth it, as we got a lot of fishes. I will plan to visit here again next time!! Looking forward for it.... Cool!!

"My Drawings"

I spent two months to take summer Art course at Washtenaw Community College (WCC). Finally, all courses marked to the end. I scored A in my Art Class. Here are some of my drawings from Art Class:

Sketching drawing-Bedsheet hang on the chair. I used charcoal pencil to do the shadow effects.
Pencil sketching- boxes and cylinder objects. Not very good!
Charcoal sketching- glasses on the bedsheet.
Pencil Sketching- Apples, peas, tomatoes, bananas.
Perspective drawing- i drew the lobby of the EMU library. This is my mid-term exam drawing. I had no idea at that time, as the range is too wide. The requirement is to draw anything that you love. Eventually, i drew a paintball airgun.
This is final drawing in my Art class. i spent whole night to think about what was i going to draw. Eventually, i drew a faucet on a bedsheet. Indeed, my professor told me to draw something special, as this is our final drawing. But i really had no idea at that time. That night i tried to ask my friends -HooiSin, Sylvia, and Sueann, etc- to give me some inspirations. And i do not have any motivation to draw it. Anyway, Friends!! thanks for your helping.
This coming August 10, is Simon and Sophia 's birthday. Today, i and Maggie went Borders to buy Sophia 's birthday gift. As Sophia loves Barbies, so we decided to buy a Barbies collection movie to her, but for Simon, we decided to buy him a dinner and a birthday cake. After that, we shopped at Old Navy outlet. Hurray!! Finally, my summer course marked to the end. I'm enjoying my summer vacation now. The weather was really hot recently!! i really cant stand, even i grew up at tropical area-Malaysia-. Nonetheless, there were a lot of outdoor activities during summer season. Such as paintballs game, swimming at water park, etc.

Yesterday, we went to Whitmore Lake. After driving for an hour, we got Whitmore Lake-Futureball outdoor field. we are planning to have a paintballs game in this summer, so Jay and Wei tried to get a new markers. Paintball is a sport in which participants use compressed air guns called marker to shoot paintballs at others players. Not very popular in Malaysia and some countries , but in USA. Indeed, this trip to Whitmore Lake is to buy a birthday gift to one of our friends. Here are some pictures from Whitmore Lake futureball outdoor field. Let's check it out....

Jay tried to check it out how powerful of this gun. Unfortunately, they cant tried it, as that gun is run out of battery!!Jay's second brother - Wei. He is good paintball player.

Tuesday night, we went to ypsi-Arbor bowling centre!! This is my first time played bowling in United States. We had a lot of funs at bowling centre. As most of them are the first time player. Their pose looked funny and weird. Haha!! That night, as Jay's mom asked me joined them for dinner. So we had a small gathering at Jay's home. And i stayed over at Jay's home. After playing bowling, we went meijer to buy some drinks and foods. As we planned to play cards at home that night. So when we on the way home, we stopped by at meijer to grab some foods and drinks. Pictures from meijer:

Hazi(ketchup brand name, we dun know why he likes to used this brand as his name. He change his english name frequently, funny guy!!) Look!! He tried to grab his ball back, as he threw his ball too softly and his ball was stuck in the drain. :>
Haiz was worried about his score, as he lagged behind us!! Try hard, man!!
