_Thanksgiving Nov 22-Nov 26_

Thanksgiving!!! People somehow wondering what is Thanksgiving??!! Even i was wondering when first year celebrated in United States. Thanksgiving Day is a day set aside each year for giving thanks to God for blessings received during the year. Normally in late November, Thanksgiving was in Thursday, November 23, 2006 in United States. On Thanksgiving day, certain kinds of food are traditionally served at Thanksgiving meal in United States, such Turkey, pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes, etc. Turkey is usually the featured item on Thanksgiving day, so that Thanksgiving sometimes referred as "Turkey Day".

On Thanksgiving day, families and friends usually gather for a large meal or dinner. After the feast people will start shopping around as there got a lot of sale during thanksgiving day. For me, i have four days holiday during thanksgiving. I visited Toronto, Canada again with my friends. But this time the schedule is a little bit rush, and we didn't stay over night at Toronto.
As the tight schedule, i didn't take any pictures on this trip.

Same as usual, we used to invite friends to take potluck at home almost every weekends. Here are the pictures that were taken at thanksgiving weekends:

I received hooisin's recent pictures last few weeks. She did a new hair cut and looked more kawaii ;) I was shocked when i heard the price, due to the personal reasons i better keep the price as a secret:> Anyway, as long as she feel happy.

i lost my couple ring when i was taking my shower last week. I was so sad and i can't get it back from the sink. Too bad!!! I've just concluded a busy November, and the final exam is coming soon next week. Since final exam is coming soon, probably i will not be here to update my blog till Januanry. But i'll do my best :=)

HaLLoWeeN!! Each year, on the last night of October, millions of children across United States dress-up in costume and take to the streets for a spooky dose of Trick or Treat fun. Again, it was my first time to experience such a creepy HaLLoWeeN!! Nonetheless, it was fun and enjoyable. Tricking or treating in the neighborhood, kids love HaLLoWeeN for sure, as they could enjoyed a lot of candies.

We went party at Necto to celebrate our HaLLoWeeN. Here are some pictures from Necto:

Sophia was snow white and it was taken before she go out in the neighborhood!! Look!! Kosta was Ninja! Both of them were ready to trick or treat in the neighborhood. Especially sophia, she loves Halloween as she told me she can get a lot of candies in HaLLoweeN.

~~Trip to Niagara Fall & Toronto, Canada~~

We left on October 6 from Detroit to Toronto, Canada. Originally, we planned to visit Toronto last summer, but eventually we postponed our trip. We left Detroit about midnight, before we got Toronto, we stop by at Windsor Casino. Unluckily, we lose!!! After driving five hours, we got Niagara Fall. I heard Niagara Fall before, but i never been there. Finally, i have chance to explore the awesome waterfall in Canada. It is amazing!!

As we reached Niagara Fall about 8 a.m. The weather was freezing!! Actually, both of us were trembling!!
As you can see from the picture, there got a lot of water vapors.

After driving for an hour, we back from Niagara Fall to Toronto. We went to "yam cha" at Cantonese Restaurant and we took the pictures below: Yummy, a bowl of shark fin:

After that, we made an appointment to do our hair cut, pictures below are my new hair cut. I dyed my hair. Personally, i do not like this color. That color is too bright and shine. I perfer dull brown, but not light Copper!!
At night, we went to Toronto downtown. Here are the pictures from Toronto downtown. Actually, we didnt have much time to explore Toronto downtown. When we reached downtown, almost all shop closed at 8pm. So we didnt shop much at downtown. Nonetheless, we visited Jay's relatives at downtown, she conducted Japanese Cuisine at Downtown. She bought us dinner. Yummy!!! We had a wonderful Japanese-style dinner!! Unfortunately, i didnt take any pictures from there!! Because that time i was busy on eating my Salmon fish, and no time to take pictures for you guys!!:> I wish i could visit it again, as the food is really delicious!!

Toronto is a nice place!! This is my second time to experience such a wonderful trip after New York City trip. In Toronto, there are a lot of asians, and a lot of delicious food. Such Japanese Sushi, Korean cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine, Cantonese cuisine for sure, etc. Asians and Cantoneses everywhere. If you didnt realize you may think you were in Hong Kong. :>When i was in Toronto, i'm seldom see Canadian!!! There still got a lot of places that i havent visit on this trip, i will plan to visit it again!! Hopefully, next time i will explore more stuffs at Toronto!! Probably, next trip will be on Thanks Giving break which is on November!! I'm looking forward on next trip!:>
