~Skiing @ Mt.Brighton ~

On Junuary 31, we finally got our first Skiing trip to Mt. Brighton. If anyone ask how was the trip? That answer will be "Excellent"!! We really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun that day. All of us are the beginner and we never ever ski in our entire life. Even though we bruised our knee, ankles or even the whole body, we all think that is worth as we all enjoyed it. As a beginner, we really had no idea how to ski. After we paid, we all go and get our equipments. There got two choices, you can either choose skis or snow boarding. At the very beginning, we all choose snow boarding. But after an hour, i made up my mind and changed my snow boarding to skis, but all of them still stick with snow boarding. i keep falling down and can't even make a move to up hill when i used snow boarding. Finally, i gave up and changed it to skis. The coach told me that skis is much more easier to learn than snow boarding, and she even told me that do not give up so easily, you got to persist and practise in order to make it. Eventually, i made it but not an expert, at least i can master it and will not fall down and get hurt so easily.

Below are some pictures of us skiing at Mt. Brighton:

The weather was cold plus windy. The snow scenes from up hill were extremely beautiful
Cable car... We are taking a ride to up hill... you cant swing or bounce on the cable car, as there are not safety belt on it. i ever saw a kid fell down from the cable car
Beautiful scene ...This picture was taken at the top hill at expert area, i was going to ski to down hill... too scary!!

The pictures below were taken at Mt. Brighton on February 22. This is our second trip to Mt. Brighton. As we all enjoyed in the first trip, so we all decided to visit again. This time we all made better than the very first time. Less bruises, scars.... But this time we start skiing at evening, skiing at night and daytime is totally different story. More fun and cold but less vision...

What were we looking at? It was so funny, we were laughing at our friends (beginners) because he keep falling down and he can't even get up... We all looked like him at the very first time, but we went through all of this, and moving on to the intermediate level. So we got chance to tease the beginner ;)
